No returns or refunds on any product (book or clothing) that isn’t in the same “brand new” condition as when purchased. No returns on clothing that has been worn, so please be sure of your size or the size of the person you’re buying for before making your purchase.
Applicable refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the return, in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges for unworn clothing due to incorrect size can be made within 5 days of the original purchase, as long as the item is in the same “brand new” condition as when purchased.
Exchanges on books are accepted within 5 days of the original purchase if the book is in “brand new” condition. Books with frays, markings, bends, or other physical damage will not be accepted.
